March What's Happening at On Sacred Grounds

Trish Vieira from Spokane Family Farm will be hosting several classes in March and April on how to make irresistible mozzarella and yogurt using their dairy's whole milk. Classes for March and April are full. We are still accepting applications for May.

On Sacred Grounds sells their whole milk for $4.25 a gallon. On Sacred Grounds also stocks Dave's Killer Bread. Elaine pre-orders exactly what you want. It arrives (from Portland on a UPS truck) on Tuesday (weather permiting).

We are also proudly present Rodger Hartman's photography show and sale "Wild Alaska" through March 21st. His opening reception is Friday,March 4th from 5-7 PM. Rodger is an amateur chef and promises to whip up some shrimp and pasta and banana bread for the Friday evening event.

Don't forget all the other regularly scheduled clubs... there is something for everyone.

I hope you enjoy the Clarion... a lot of work goes into its monthly production -- and we may be expanding to a 5th page in April. Look for a new column!
