Tom -- the chicken man

Here is Tom Weber.  He's the one with the white hat with his hands full  (birds and coffee!)  I have about about 8 birds in my freezer ranging from 3-5 lbs in weight.  They are sweet, tender and have a succulence that I have never experienced from any 'store-bought' chicken.  Give it a try.  If it is not the best, I will refund the cost of your chicken!

They are fully dressed (processed for sale) and are ready for the oven.

I use them for my Exchange Luncheons (at least once or twice a month) that are held every Thursday.  Everyone raves about how tasty the meat is!
