Everyone was treated to the skills and talents of four different therapists (massage & reflexology) today.
On Sacred Grounds hosted a Ladies Spa Day with help of Tina D'Auria, Cyndi Rae, Linda Sandberg & Rose Kuenkler. Tina discussed proper stretching techniques, Cyndi Rae performed mini facials using essential oils, Linda Sandberg offered reflexology treatments for your feet (foot massage) and Rose Kuenkler offered very a soothing and relaxing chair massage.
For the entire session, everyone enjoyed good conversation & excellent munchies. In fact, a second session will be offered Sunday, April 28th. It will be structured into 2 time blocks: 11 AM to 1 PM & 2 PM to 4 PM. An individual will receive the equivalent of one hour's treatment from these professionals [15 minute intervals with each] for only $25.
